We just got married at Hawaii Vista Farms and Kelly and her team were amazing! Thank you so much for making our wedding run so smooth and seamless. Even the planning leading up to it was stress free thanks to Kelly. The entire team at A Perfect Day is kind, professional, and communicative. They really took care of everything we needed. Kelly and her team are fantastic wedding planners! They met with us several times in the months leading up to the wedding and went over every detail. For us, they made planning a breeze by letting us pick flowers, arches, etc. from a collection of choices and then handling it all from there. In the many stressful things about the wedding, I knew I could count on Kelly to correctly and smoothly manage everything we asked her for.
Just returned from our daughters' wedding in Honolulu. The brides are both professionals with very little time to spare, so they asked me (Mom) to plan their day. Their chosen venue (Hawaii Vista Weddings) works with Kelly and put me in touch with her. Our wedding just got done today and I wanted to comment that Kelly Sugano and her team are 100% worth the investment in your wedding day. Our wedding was perfectly coordinated down to the minute and we even ran early in some sections with enough room to spend some extra time with our guests. We hired Kelly as a wedding coordinator and could not have been happier with our decision. My wife and I were super late in the planning process but Kelly guided us towards the most beautiful ceremony and reception we could've asked for at the Kahala Hotel. We kind of deviated from a traditional wedding to make it personable to us, and she was able to accommodate that and give us additional recommendations that turned out to be spot on.
