I booked a new patient appointment over a month in advance only to be contacted by the assistant a few days ahead of it and told that the appointment which would have cost $275 would only be held via online telemedicine. If I had wanted such an impersonal experience with a practitioner who can't be bothered to meet patients in person and conduct a physical exam, etc. then I would have just used NDonDemand. This was a very poor experience and exemplifies laziness and a lack of regard.
She always know the right questions to ask to help me along this path of life
Dr. Scanlan addressed my concerns and set me up with a plan I feel good about. She likes to be thorough, which I appreciate.
Dr. Scanlan has been very helpful to me for years, and I always enjoy working with her. She listens to your concerns and takes in the total picture of your health in her assessments and recommendations.
