A very poor experience as a home owner who wanted to rent their waterfront home on Anna Maria Island for 2016 moving down in the fall. No rentals (we were at the very bottom of ANY list) then 1 poorly screened renter who damaged our furnishings and dumped buckets of sand into our brand new pool (more I wont get into but they were banned for not paying the full price, realtor didn't handle it right "Denise"?) .
