Ordered a new multi port for my sand filter. I ordered it online. They said they only sell Heyward. It did not fit my sand filter. They said they only sell Hayward. I talked to the gentleman told him she told me that she went back and listened to the call that I did not tell him that, she was rude. She was short and I know what I said to the boy so do not deal with this company. Their prices might be good, but their attitudes and their customer service stink. 😡
