Friendly Agents I like this business because they treated me nicely and with respect. I have dealt with a few different real estate management places and this was satisfactory as I was treated about the same at all my other experiences. Some properties seemed expensive, but it is the bay area so can't blame them for that.
pretty good housing management I have been living in my apartment for a couple months (my roommate for longer) and AP Management takes care of any problems we have with the apartment. Any time we've had trouble with our sink, shower, or water pressure, we'd call them and they'd come within a day or two. They are friendly and try to fix the problem immediately and effectively.
