Just a bunch of irresponsible morons at this company. When I say they can't do anything right, I mean anything. Incompetence at its best here, folks. Spend weeks/months on the same project, all while making the biggest unnecessary mess and hassel out of everything, destroyed our driveway, parked in the grass, they don't even know how to find and mark off power lines before digging, they'll just cut through it. Find another company for the project and save yourself the headache.
Well today while they were doing road work that no one even warned anyone on our private lane that they would be doing, no notice, no letters, no warning, today they cut the main electric line when digging. The workers tried to deny it to business owners on our road and when I called the woman I spoke to also denied fault instead of taking responsibility and apologized and saying what they were planning to do to get it fixed asap they just denied it and she let me know she would pass my complaint along to the project manager... read more
