I wonder why this office get poor reviews bad costumer service been calling them from the past few weeks to give my daughter a dental clearance for US Airforce purposes they can't provide it keep saying give you call back today? But nothing can't rely for help. it's just simply sending an e mail? One click away!!! Doctor Smith was very nice
Horrible business. First my husband was late to his consultation by 10 minutes because they never gave us directions on finding their weird location. He was there early but when he called to get help on the location, no one would answer as he drove around in circles. The receptionist said he couldn't be seen anymore and had to make another appt. I've now been calling them (6 times) for 2 months to get his surgery scheduled. They tell me they can't schedule over the phone and someone will reach out to schedule. NO one EVER ha... read more
I made an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction for May. The day I was supposed to go in for my consolation they called me only a few hours before the appointment and cancelled on me. They never explained why and when I called back that same day asking why my appointment was cancelled last minute the operator said she would have the office call me back so they could email me an explanation. I want to give my best effort to give anyone whoever decides to show up like I didand get anything done; Obviously they are not paying me or anyone is helping with my decision. I read everyone's complaint and whatever before going. Hell I was skeptical but I did go, w that mentality and told them about it. They laughed with me lol and said no worries.
