Everyone was very polite and took good care of my things. They also were very efficient and were concerned that I was happy with everything.
Watch out cause it's states first month is free that's a lie. They lie all the time, when your there at your unit the boy on the cart will drive by you 50 times keeping an eye on you. This place is a joke, also watch out for raising prices oh yes you will be paying more each month and the month is shortened each month so you never get a full month. First month was advertised as free but not only is it only a 4 week rental, there was almost $50 in hidden fees for the first month. Now not even 2 months later they are jacking up the rate from $58 a month to almost $78. That's before taxes and fees. $95 total. They charge almost $5 to pay the bill online too. I rented here years ago and never had rates go up so fast here or anywhere else. They don't tell you before hand either. This place is a complete scam. Avoid it if you can.
