My husband can’t get a hold of anyone and keeps getting transferred to get a doctors note that they said is online.
I’m shocked at all these negative reviews, my experience at A-One Family practice has been absolutely wonderful. It is a small clinic in a strip mall, but frankly I’ve received better medical care there than I have almost anywhere else. I moved down to Florida a year ago, and as someone with a complex medical history, was very concerned with finding a good primary care doctor. They aware of meds i take went to pharmacy pick up what they said weeks after appt pharmst said i can't take it would increase current med and cause toxicity overdose. 2 week late this guy dr? Calls says I refuse the medication I said rewrite that your assistant wrote med you never prescribe with my current med rephrase thatI refuse to let you kill me. Possibly one of the rudest front office staffs I’ve ever encountered. Complete lack of professionalism and belittling while I’m standing there trying to resolve their issue with billing. They attempted to charge me a copay despite the fact that no payment was due. They refused to call billing to verify that fact and while I’m on the phone with my insurance to set everything straight they said ‘oh my God I can’t believe they’re still here’.
