The staff members are rude and talk down to you. They ignore you at the window in and out. The office manager is so unprofessional and talks down to you like you don't belong in the office. Not one smile or word while you wait at the desk to check out. I have never ever seen such disrespect for a patient. The only reason I stay is the "professional" staff is wonderful. Hopefully they have another office. This is the last time I will go to that office in Port Orange. BEWARE!!!!!

Recently took my mother here after another visit the first time they didn't do anything for her so she went to adventhealth hospital the hospital told her she has arthritis in one knee and damage to her muscles in the other at the time they wanted to prescribe her some muscle relaxer pills but she's stubborn and doesn't like taking pills a few days go by and she's been in so much pain she had an appointment here with dr.patel at 3:30pm we waited 40 minutes and he finally was able to look at her knees he asked why she had a c... read more

I've changed my review & left the practice & when I called to cancel the last appointment I had, the lady hung up on me & I could hear the phone slam. I wasn't rude or upset or anything so that was uncalled for. There's only one provider there that I like & they won't let me stick with or speak to the same provider each time. The extra star is because one of the nurse practitioners is great. If she was all I ever had to deal with I would give 5 stars. Before her though, I saw a couple providers who simply did not listen. They put things in my medical records that are not true and they have yet to be taken out despite me providing evidence they're not true. & then today I called to simply ask that my provider call me back to discuss test results that came in. They left the patients in the waiting room, including me, while the drs and staff had lunch. Finally getting into an exam room 40 minutes after my appointment The girl that takes your blood pressure and oxygen burped, Grossly Unprofessional. And then I was told the doctor would be in in 15 minutes I walked up to the front desk and asked to reschedule my appointment and she said she was gonna charge me $25 as a no-show.
