Not worthy of even one star! I don't know what changed but I had some Dentures made a couple years ago and they were pretty good. But, I had them make another set a couple of months ago and they are a nightmare. The dentist is horrible, makes you wait for an hour before anything gets done. These teeth are horrible. I have been having sore gums because of the inept dentist, which made it impossible to eat anything but soft food! I've had them remake the liner twice and I'm convinced they are incompetent. They never answer the phone my dad paid alot of money for his teeth and has to have them fixed multiple times and then about a month ago my dad's front teeth broke and we took him in there and told them right now we don't have insurance how much is it to fix them, they told us he would be better with a new set we told them at this moment we really don't have the money for that but how much would it be, then when they came back told is it would be 290 to fix them we said ok and got them fixed 4 days later they broke again,cal... read more
Worst customer service ever! Don’t sign ANYTHING OR GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YIUR MONEY UNTIL THEY FINISH! Total rip off!! Very poor quality product, they have no idea how to make teeth … They don’t ask what you want they just make what they want slap the junk in your mouth and refuse to remake them …
I almost died so many times and she laughed at me! I have a full hour and 30 minutes of this lady down grading teasing and really trying to make me feel pain! She drilled for literally 10 hours 3 days to the point she went too far! I am in so much pain from beginning to end! Then she say if you don’t smile she won’t finish like insurance not paying her! She stuck me in the shoulder with a needle and act like nothing happened! I was so scared something severe may happen to me I recorded the last session for evidence in court!... read more
