I called them to get my chimney insert inspected so it can be registered with the Valley Air District, the following day they promptly showed up they inspected the tag to verify it qualifies for registration with the valley air district and it did. They took my $195 check for the inspection and left. Best chimney service in town
Never use this company. I called to set up an inspection to find out why my chimney was dripping water when it rains. The female who answered the phone stated that they charge about $500 to replace the cap. That was close to what a friend had told me so I scheduled an appointment. She then called me back and told me that her husband had to reschedule as he drove by my house and said that he needed a 2nd crew as it was too high for one team.
