AJ was incredibly compassionate and flexible about the last-minute cancellation. When I called AJ to schedule again, he made the day and time work for me instead of referencing just his own schedule. AJ did a FANTASTIC job on our carpets and furniture. He is professional in is work attitude and makes sure you are happy with the quality of work before he leaves and he stands behind his work as well. HIGHLY recommend!
Incredibly professional and undeniably efficient! Very personable and friendly! Could not believe how fresh our old carpets looked after their amazing service! Not only did our carpets look great, but they were kind enough to squeeze us in on short notice (which we are very thankful for!) We will be using them again!
Absolutely stellar! AJ just left and I have nothing but great things to say. He was very friendly, professional and overall very passionate about his craft. It shows that he cares with the time and energy he put into the carpet, making sure everything was properly scrubbed clean.
