Good service
I'm totally disappointed at the unprofessionalism I have experienced here. In short, the $199 voucher will not save you money. It's a ploy to bind us to their service because we are gullible. Expect $100+ on top even for a car with no issues. The mechanics here tried and tried yet couldn't turn a service light off. They blamed Ford for a “software update” except the mere mortal that is me worked out how to do it in a minute. Invoices also don't seem to be a thing here. Absolutely dismal service.
