Two year old AC unit and the compressor went. Luckily, the thing was still under warranty. The owner told me that they deal with warranties all the time, no problem. Over a year later and I still have not gotten reimbursed for the part. Why? Because A-OK Mechanical never sent the part in to the manufacturer. But they won't admit this. Every time I contacted them, they told me they'd look into, that the manufacturer was giving them the run around, etc. So I call the the manufacturer who says they never received the defective ... read more
