Totally awesome!!!! Horses are obviously well loved, taken care of, and fed well! The staff is so friendly and provide great guidance, they give you a “demo” before the ride so you have some kind of knowledge before you go. The trails were absolutely stunning. Our ride rode near the creek and had an awesome view the whole way. We even got to cross a creek! Our guide Charles was great! Everyone was so nice and made us feel very welcome. We had a great experience riding up to see the Tetons and great conversation. The flowers in bloom were just breathtaking and honestly we had the best view we have seen our whole trip. The horses were sweet and it was definitely an experience I’ll never forget! Thank you Charles for the hospitality and for a great trip!
Our experience with North Fork Trail Rides was hands down the highlight of our entire trip! If you’re doing *anything* in Jackson Hole, make sure it’s this ride. The views were absolutely breathtaking—the best we’ve seen, and we’ve covered a lot of ground! Super good time! An hour felt like just enough time. To get there the drive is beautiful but a majority is washboard unpaved road. If you drive a converted van or don’t have 4 wheel, give yourself an extra 30 minutes, we arrived 2 minutes late because it took us an hour and 20 mins to drive 10 miles. It was entirely worth it, the horses were well behaved and well taken care of. I’d love to do this again!
Had a really great time with Payton & the team! The views were breathtaking, Payton was super kind & helpful, and the horses were sweet to work with. They all had such silly personalities! This was definitely a great experience! Would do this again when we come back or at least recommend this activity to friends & family. I did this with my husband, father in-law, & mother in-law so I want to say it is definitely family friendly. Thank you North Fork Trail Ride team! :)
