This place is a joke!!!!!!
My computer died randomly about a week ago, and I had contacted a few repair places like Geek Squad and some of the other places around town, and they all told me it would be a $300 or more ordeal to get it fixed. I called Brownie's and they quoted me $80 to get it fixed. Lo and behold, the problem was the processor had come loose and bent a pin during a move, and they fixed the bent pin and re-installed the processor for just the $80 they initially quoted me, instead of charging for a new one, which they could have. I just wanted to leave a review for Brownie's. They did a wonderful job getting my wine cooler back up and running, even though the Home Warranty company was trying to make it as difficult as possible. Brownie's made the whole experience painless, and I would just like to thank them personally for fixing my wine cooler as quickly as they did.
Have your 5-year-old do the repair instead. You'll get better service. My warranty company has sent them out 4-5 times & they STILL haven't gotten the thing fixed. They're either a bunch of idiots or scammers. The last time the guy came out, he was complaining the whole time, about his coworker, about our fridge, about everything. Then they called a week later to schedule a time to install the part & they didn't show (or call)!!!
