worst customer service ever talked to. bought a lowes water heater which is a whitelabel ao smith with NO proper customer service. heater never worked, had some fault codes called for help got send a new pcb mainboard controlboard whatever you want to call it, no fault codes but it NEVER heated up the water. so called in again had to replace the cable was not thick enough??? then breaker not big enough. tired dealing with a bunch of crackheads sitting at home doing technical service and not listening to what is wrong. tried ... read more

If you don't have any family whatsoever and live close enough where ice on the roads won't be an issue for you, then this place is not too terrible to work for. 7 points and you're fired. I overpointed because they wouldn't excuse me to take my newborn to her monthly checkups. Management doesn't care. They allow you to smell like absolute shit and sweat before even working.
