I suppose A O Reed has enough of a commercial following that they don t really need to cater to the general public. I recently went there to acquire a generic part for what they consider to be an inferior product (code for something they don t sell) and I was met with a very rude, condescending, insulting, scruffy little man that seemed more interested in letting me know his contempt for the product I decided to buy and insulting me in the process than helping me with the problem I came in to solve.
