I sent an application on June 5th and I even called, I was told somebody would get back to me. Nobody has called me, emailed me or even sent me a text. Don't waste your time with this guy! He's too busy to have common courtesy.
A O Home solutions and Mark have been the best. I have been renting from him for 9 yrs. We talked several time about purchasing the home. Mark was very helpful and patient as the process came along. I lived in an A O Homes property for three years from 2017-2020. The property manager was always friendly and responsive to maintenance requests, the rent was far below asking price in the neighborhood, and I always felt safe with the security cameras and other tenants. Highly professional and great experience!
