I needed foundation repairs completed on my home and wasn’t sure where to start. Brian from A&O came out to assess the damage and was able to talk me through all of the repairs I’d need, he gave me tips on things I could do to prevent future damage, and he answered my many questions throughout the whole process. I had A O Handy come and inspect my basement walls and repair the tuck pointing on the block walls. The first contact was the John the Project Consultant. John came to the location on the date and time that was scheduled and followed up with a quote that same day. John even contacted me on the weekend to see if I had any questions. After a long search for a masonry contractor to do some stone veneer repairs on the outside of the house, I found A O Handy and couldn't be happier. Other contractors I contacted either thought that the job was too small or that it wasn't commercial work. A O Handy happily agreed to take on the project. From the office staff on the phone to the estimator to the work crew, everyone brought their A game. The crew was efficient and professional. The exterior of the house looks like new again!
