It was a pleasure to work with A O Handy, Inc. They showed up for a quote and to do the work on time. The workers were pleasant and did an awesome job tucking the brick on my home. I also appreciate that they took the time to stay in touch (via email) from the time I agreed to the work through the time the work was completed. (They came out in November but the work couldn't be completed until April because of the weather.) I highly recommend A O Handy, Inc.
I had the loose bricks on the chimney fixed. The team worked extra long on the first day to finish before rain on the next day. Team members were very polite and worked hard. The job quality is great!
I hired them come to remove loose mortar in my fieldstone basement foundation because the dust triggered my allergies. The contract basically read that they would redo all the walls if needed. Their repairs were sub par. They didn't remove loose material, just put shallow patches. I spoke with the supervisor who sold me the job. He had them come back a second day. Everyone I talked with in the company was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of getting an estimate, scheduling, and ultimately getting the work done. They also genuinely seemed to care about helping to find a solution to our longstanding leak problem, and respecting both our time and money unlike some other companies we've worked with and discussed the project with. I would highly recommend them!
