I had a pressure washer that started having problems (I had purchased it from Home Depot, and had purchased a $100 warranty on it). Home Depot wouldn't honor their warranty and wouldn't help me at all (I tried about 10-20 times, going to the store, calling all different kinds of numbers, etc. [I think Home Depot is pretty lousy]); I went to Lowe's and they at least tried to help. Then, I took it to A&O and it got FIXED! A&O also fixed a number of small side items as well.
