Called, got a simple "hello". Wasn't sure I had the business because of the unprofessional way the phone was answered. So I stated "I called from a Google search looking for tree service". The lady said "what tree service?". Seemed a little confused which is understandable. Then she's says "oh yeah, who's this?". I just said nevermind and hung up. The whole thing was incredibly unprofessional. Simply answering the phone with the name of the company would have avoided it all.
