We were looking for a nicer home and to hopefully move out of colebrook. We noticed some nice places and that Tanya was a realtor! This was great cuz she's always been super nice and so sweet. We contacted her and started looking in2 more places. My husband and I asked Tanya to be our realtor. She has been nothing short of amazing. She walked us through every step of the way with kindness and patience. Working with everyone at A Notch Above was such a positive experience. They all definitely deserve more than 5 stars. We love our new home and are so thankful for Tanya getting us here. We wouldn't have been able to do it without her help.

Tanya Roy is very professional, efficient, courteous while being human. She was very patient in selling my dad's mobile home. She had to change the contract twice due to changes(because of my dad passing away) and also had to deal with extra complications in selling property in Vermont and with the mobile park landlord. Also would like to mention the receptionist at the office, who was also very courteous and helpful. D. Charland

We had to sell my Dad's trailer, because we didn't live around there. Tanya helped us with that. She was excellent, answered all your questions, was always there to answer our questions, and did a lot to go out of her way to get things done. Always professional and very friendly,I would recommend her to anyone who needs someone who knows what they're doing.
