We have been doing business with A-Niks for 8 years. We are happy with the service and customer service support. The best technician is Kelci- she is outstanding. She is honest, very hard working and goes above and beyond to make sure our system is functioning properly. We truly appreciate her efforts and expertise. In our opinion, she should be training all new technicians so they learn from the best!
This is a superlative company to work with. Everyone who I dealt with was honest and helpful. The owner is clearly dedicated to providing quality products and service. They have a talented team, and their installer, John, is exceptionally talented and caring.
We are extremely happy with our hurricane screen. Our installer Nick did a great job not only with the install but in reviewing the operation of the screen.
This business aka "A-Niks LLC, Ali Erturk" plays extremely loud religious music on their outdoor speakers. I have called them twice in the past few months (6/14/24 & 10/2/24), requesting that they simply reduce the volume to a more reasonable level so as not to disturb the neighboring properties. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin at YFE Outdoor Comfort Solutions. He showed respect and patience; he made sure I fully understood everything about the product and its application. The mosquito spray works amazing, and has kept the mosquito's away. They are very efficient, and can be set to your schedule.
