I had a problem with my Samsung refrigerator. I called A-Nick's Refrigeration. He took my call very friendly and professionally. Over the phone, he suggested me to defrost the coil (a pretty simple process) before anything else. The problem was fixed. It was very nice of him to give me the direction on the phone. Otherwise, he could do a service call and replace this and that. He is a honest man. In the future, if I ever need anything, he is the first and last one I call.
