I have no confidence in A New Way Realty. Owner / Manager Sandra Goetze has very poor customer service and communication skills. Her staff is also unresponsive to simple inquires and requests. I attempted to speak to Sandra Goetze (an Ordained Minister too!) over the phone today about her client and our mutually agreed property management stipulation and she started screaming and shrieking.
