Owner Cash Cockerill, refused to put in writing everything that we discussed regarding my $10k Western Windows order. Instead of his 5-line invoice, I requested a Proposal Contract that includes the window sizes and energy ratings, an estimated installation date, a statement that the installation is done per engineering plan, and their lifetime installation warranty that they brag about on their web site.
