I paid 125$ dollars for blonde highlights which did not come out blonde and one side of my hair is layered and the other isn't!! I said something over and over and the girl just didn't know what she was doing!! Now I have to walk around with messed up hair in a professional job, and I'm pissed. Never would I let them touch my hair again! I would recommend fantastic Sam's!! I'm gonna have them fix what was messed up! But it should be on them!
Had the best experience!! Mikaela Did my hair the exact way I wanted it!! She is very talented and definitely will be returning to her!! The whole atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming!!
