A New Start was a complete waste of time. I luckily was able to get off probation before they went out of business.
I like coming to A New Start. The counselors are excellent and they provide their clients with individualized care. Always have a positive experience here! Good cookies too!
It's really difficult to get ahold of anyone at a new start. They do not return phone calls or respond to emails. Super unprofessional and disappointing to have to rely on a business like this in order to get off probation.
