Robert was judgmental rude and even aggressive he did not listen or have compassion for what had to say very one sided I had to cancel my appointment he was rude and even called me to complain about payment I had to tell him not to call me it felt like I was being harassed very unprofessional I would not recommend him to anyone seeking treatment or counseling
Why the first 5-6 therapists couldn't get through to my husband I can't explain but I'm grateful for the 7th, Robert! And it's no joke. By happenstance he was listed on our insurance and happened to be close to work- worked for me because our marriage needed help but once I saw he was an addiction boy did I think I was in wrong place, we don't have an addiction problem. It’s really hard to find someone you’re comfortable with. A New outlook is a very welcoming environment, everyone is extremely friendly. Would recommend Robert Johnson to anyone who asked. He’s very easy to get along with and gives great advice. He’s been very helpful I’m my recovery.
