If your looking to get colors that are not natural...they wont do it. 3 stylists in there turned my business down because i wanted purple color. Great for older demographic but not for anyone under 60

My name is Lillian Black and this post is being done on my son s computer, however, the problem is with me. Whatever you do, DO NOT let Luisa touch your hair. She cut (and thinned) the back of my hair without my permission. Left me with hardly any. When I tried to contact the Owner/Mgr about what she did, she never even called to talk with me. I've been going to Diana for 18 years. She went from Designer 10 when it closed to New Look a few years ago. I have always been satisfied.

Made an appointment for a cut and blow out. Arrived and then was told the stylist didn’t actually have time to blow dry my hair, which was the main point of me getting my hair done tonight. Thank you for ruining my date night!
