I thought that my so called counselor was working with me. But, turns out she turned out to be just like all the reviews here say she is. I vented a frustration about MY situation, she of course turned it into something about herself and tried saying a swore at her when I clearly stated it was about my situation. She really needs to grow up. Now they said that they would call and explain why they recommended treatment, never did. Put it on my court filings and all. So, I got a 2nd opinion by advice… surprise! Not a good experience at all. Jennine was not empathetic at all emotionally or financially. Paid out of pocket when someone I know had her sessions covered by the same insurance company I have... Was rude and the sessions were deemed unethical because I expressed how I didn't like the approach to our sessions. Overall a bad program and a money grab for them :)
At first, I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews and my initial intake appointment—I felt a little judged, and the communication seemed a bit brusque. I took some classes more than 2 years ago and it turns out that to this day they have not sent the courses to the corresponding departments and they do not give me an answer to anything
