To whom it may concern; I love A New Image Landscaping, Inc. I had two retaining walls that were installed incorrectly & falling over. I had A New Image come in & tear out the entire bad sections along with concrete, truck out 32 single axle truck loads of dirt & other debris. We added add new drains, support to upper deck, LED lighting, 8' nigh retaining walls, new concrete floor with inlay bricks and a walkway. We have a ranch home that was built in 1961; the entrance was dated with a narrow porch, no front walk and wrought iron fencing. I have always wanted a friendlier, more approachable entrance for our home, along with a porch for sitting. Neil came out in February and submitted a plan. Our 19 year old home needed a complete front and back yard renovation including redoing the retaining wall and patio resurfacing. From the first time we contacted Deanna she was very friendly and accommodating. She had great ideas for plants and design. Our Brunswick Ohio backyard was a maintenance nightmare. Thanks to https://anewimagelandscape.com/ it is a beautiful place to be. Their workmanship was perfection and they offered the lowest quote. Their services include simple landscape chores to complex grading, planting, patio and deck installation including all concrete work (stamped concrete, walkways and driveways). We had it all done to our yard.

This company has the hardest and detailed workers around. I have worked with them since July of 2018 and constantly remind myself how lucky it was to find them. Everything is detailed and customers satisfaction is a high priority. Can’t say enough about the integrity and attention they give.

Tracy S. We had New Image remove our deck and pour a large stamped patio,walkways, entry steps, fire pit and seating walls. They were very professional and completed ahead of schedule. We are completely satisfied with the workmanship, and the design New Image put together for us. I will recommend them to friends and family. All positives from start to finish. Great job!

I needed a concrete foundation with sonotubes installed for a covered porch along with a concrete base for a patio completed in my backyard. When contacting companies for quotes, I had to chase people down for responses. I also experienced no call no shows from several companies when an in person meeting was scheduled.
