We have used Tim and his company three times over the years. Tim goes above and beyond and his projects are always completed on time. His entire crew is professional, thorough, and respectful. We will continue to use Tim for our home for years to come.
Follow up...we recently had Tim's work inspected. First by a construction litigation inspector and then two other contractors. Tim and his crew did not do the jobs right (not only the kitchen but the door install and window construction) in the first place and left many things unfinished. Now, we are paying to have his work fixed. I would suggest to anyone that has had New Image Exteriors work on their home to have an expert inspect the work.
We had most of our floors replaced with hardwoods and hired Tim's company to do it. First of all, the result is fabulous! our floors are beautiful and perfect. Secondly, we have never found a contractor of any type who is as professional and personable as Tim Ross. Promises were kept, everything was explained and schedules were kept. Marco, the installer, was an artist. The workmen were as unobtrusive as possible and made sure that our house was back in order as much as possible after every work day. I would not recommend their services. They were not careful and did not treat our property with respect...throwing materials around scratching and damaging them and just plain throwing away materials that were not theirs and we have may have needed. They butchered our new kitchen cabinets by scooting them along the floor and splintering the edges, drilling unnecessary holes because they couldn't find the studs and almost drilled through a copper pipe. (How hard is it to find the studs nowadays?) and left us with the details ... read more
