It been so far the best home care I worked for and the manager and staff are professional
Very understanding management, they work with you and make sure everythinf is going okay throughout the days. Have nothing bad to say about the business or the clients!
Management are unprofessional. They did not put any effort into matching me with the appropriate clients, the clients I was matched with barely needed any services. They threatened to withdraw money for the BCI from my check because I gave the office staff my letter of resignation after two weeks of working and an issue regarding a clients laundry key. Even though I was told the BCI would be paid for by the company. No proper skills training by an RN, orientation, etc just ghetto. Would not recommend this company to work for... read more
