My son has been going there for months and when we needed a letter of recommendation from therapist it was said to be sent on Tuesday. I called Thursday to see why the letter had not been sent and the person spoke very rudely to me then HUNG up on me and refused to answer the phone for over an hour. I am sooooo disquested. Never been treated so horrible from a medical office in my whole life.
