I have came here 3 times now to see a med doctor and it’s always the same thing they either don’t have any or they do but they’re booked out a week and the lady I spoke with today there she says the med doctors only have 2 spots in a day when they’re open 8 hours out of the day an the appointments are 30minutes long so how you only have 2 spots is pretty crappy when there are a lot of people seeking help it feels like they don’t care an hate there job do not go here go to hillcrest mental health way more nicer and flexible.
You cannot expect everyone and place to be perfect, if your that person who thinks it should be, well i would like to ask you how perfect are you? Have you ever shown up late for anything? I bet your answer would be yes, and nobody is writing bad things about you for doing so. I have my own experience with new day and yes sometimes I get pissed off at them but I realized I keep going back and why do I keep going back because I can feel and see the difference their making in my life! Can't get anyone to answer the phones. Let alone get a call back from their med doctors. They don't give a crap about their patients who are trying to get the help they need. Tell you to be there 10 min early and the doors are locked. Better to just find a different place to help with treatment even if it takes longer to get in. There is a reason for that. And they schedule appointments for different locations without informing you
