I came to Dawn’s shop for a perm. I’ve had many perms in my lifetime and have never had this problem. Dawn asked my what kjnd of curl I was going for, she showed me what she thought she could do with my hair and we agreed. This was on March 26. I left the salon a mess. I said it wasn’t what I expected and it seemed frizzy. I waited 72 hours before washing. I washed and diffused, used a curl cream w/heat protectant.
