I was treated very badly by the secretary(Betty Summerfield). They wont out and release your personal information but they will help the person by coaching them on what they can do to get your private information. Im making a fair housing complaint for this as I’m typing this. Words cannot describe the horrible experience we had with Thelma Ratliffe. We worked with her for over a year in the hottest market and she was unable to sell our house. The lack of communication was just the beginning. Not returning calls, full voicemail boxes and ignoring emails from us was part of it, leaving town for a week and not telling us , not responding to us when we were supposed to move into our home was extremely frustrating. She sabotaged all relationships with other professionals that we sent her to work with.... read more
BEWARE spent about a month if not more of my time trying to apply for this tiny 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Winchester, communication with Thelma was seldom. She would only reach out at her leisure days apart. Everytime they would reach out they’d ask for a new piece of information it was NEVER ending. All for her to say the information wasn’t enough.
