Great company that supports those who need help in their own homes. Staff is caring and tries to make everyone feel better and safe in their personal environments. Have seen them go out of their way to try and help those in need.
TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT. The receptionist lied to me & so did the owner. But worst of all they sent an "aid" to my house that didn't even weigh 90lbs. How the hell could she have moved my completely incapacitated mother that weighs 140lbs ? And to add insult to injury she walked into my mother's room, saw my mom's urine bag and said "what is that" Really ? An "aid" that doesn't know what a urine bag is or how to deal with it ??? SO INCOMPETENT ! DO NOT TRUST THE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONE TO THESE FOOLS !
