Good experience me n my son had been there a few times
First time visiting this clinic and I had a great experience! The receptionist was very helpful and polite. The doctor and his assistant were very welcoming and helpful when it came to my appointment! Would come again for future appointments!
Dr.marek and his staff were very helpful with getting out both my ingrown toenails on my big toes. The office was clean, scheduling was accommodating and I'm really happy that I choose to come here for the procedure. Highly recommend this doctor and his staff.
I am a patient of theirs, I called so that i could get in to see the Dr. I was in so much pain!!! Vicky, the lady that answers the phone is a sweetheart! But she had to call me back to let me know if Dr could see me, she called me back and said the Dr had told her to send me to Dr Levine, so I called Dr Levine, and they never returned my call. Both of these Dr's suck! One throws you off to another Dr. and that Dr never calls you back! I had to find another Dr to go see, and it was the best decision. Dr Biesinger was amazing!... read more
They told me my insurance needed to give me some kind of debit card to pay with, which I did not have or else id have to pay out of pocket. When i called my insurance who said my plan is not like that and that it was a mistake on their part. I had already been waiting (in pain) for one week for the appointment then they offer to make me another which I can't because it was my only day off so id have to wait another week in pain barely able to walk at times.
