I went into this appointment with an open mind. I read a mix of reviews, but a 4.2-star rating gave me some confidence. Then a male colleague also spoke highly of his experience with 'Key'shia," mentioning how attentive and helpful she was, which encouraged me to book. I always have an excellent experience whenever I come to get my loc retwist by either Neisha or Dominique. The overall vibe screams professional, and black beauty. Oh yeah, the salon has nice decor and is very clean.

I took my niece to get her hair done at a salon for the first time and the staff there was fabulous!! They were so patient and kind while I asked all my questions. They made my niece soooo comfortable and she walked out feeling absolutely fabulous! She will definitely be back to get her hair done here 💜

This was my first visit here, and I am so glad I decided to come. I am new to Memphis, and I was looking for a good beautician for my natural hair. I have had an ABUNDANCE of bad beauticians. I chose Victoria when booking my service, and I’m glad I did. She is so professional and knowledgeable. She was gentle with my hair. She is extremely nice and I loved the experience.
