I got a full set of "gel" nails about a week ago. If you come here be prepared to be pressured into getting this. I simply wanted a full set didn't really have any specifications but I am not extremely disappointed with my nails. I typically like to do my own, even acrylics, but this time I decided to treat myself. I was talked into getting the "gel" full set and being told repeatedly that it is "Gel Powder". I love the sisters they are so funny and nice i have had my nail polish on for about 3 weeks on my toes now thanks to Carolina she is a really nice and social young lady and her sisters work is simply amazing

I walked in midday for a mani pedi. The place is large and spotlessly clean. A lady who later told me she was an (the?) owner, had a paper mask on and was cleaning one of the many foot baths. Natalie did a good pedicure. Two weeks later my toe polish still looks almost perfect. The owner lady did the manicure, i was a bit less happy with her communication, she didn't ask me enough what i wanted. I would be more proactive in insisting when i go back. This place is an absolute joke. The staff complained about their jobs the entire time I was there. I had to listen to them complain about their boss and curse to each other switching from English to Spanish. My nails were never filed and the polish is uneven and not even on the tips of my nails. I have nail polish surrounding my toenails. The technician asked an inappropriate question to me in the presence of customers and technicians. Best set of nails I have ever had!! Extremely clean and great service. Andrew listens to everything you say and gives the exact look you want. Least painful and cheapest nail salon experience of my life!

The most immaculate and professional Nail Salon in Blacksburg, VA -- and yes I have been to most of them. New facility, all new equipment and wonderful range of services from an experienced staff. The facility and shop is new but the staff are well versed after years in the nail salon business. I just had the most beautiful set of gel builder nails put on, perfect shape, curve and they feel light as air and are gorgeous. This place is brand new and a great value! The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is friendly. I recommend trying this one out if you are in the area!
