I went in for fresh acrylic with nail designs the 17th of February with Minh. 3 nails ended up cracking 2 days later. I went back the 22nd and Linh had to remove all my designs and redo 3 nails. I was charged an additional $10 to fix the work and they did not redo my nail design. Today the 24th yet another nail has cracked. I have been going to this salon for over 8 years and have always had wonderful experiences….up until the past few visits. This last visit was especially disappointing and upsetting. My mother and I came in two hours before closing to enjoy a relaxing service together. Everything started off great. Our technicians were kind, attentive, and doing a wonderful job. I love this Salon. I have been a regular client for over 2 years and it is the best nail salon in Wilmington in my opinion! You can’t go wrong with any nail tech there .. they’re all really good! I’m extremely picky with LCN on fingernails and my favorite tech for that service is Casey.. she is amazing! !
