I don't normally write reviews, but Zeke's commitment to excellence warrants this one. Zeke did an outstanding job of working with us throughout the process. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was committed to making our renting a happy one. Experinced local realtor – We had a wonderful experience with A N Shell. My husband and I were interested in looking for an apartment in Uptown Manhattan but did not really know where to begin. They took our requirements and were able to quickly select some listings and took us to look at various apartment so we could get a feel for what we are looking for. They showed us more listings until we found our perfect apartment. Very patient and prompt throughout the process, considering our circumstances.
Rude, sexist realtor! Watch out! – DO NOT go through ZEKE KING JR at A.N. Shell Real Estate in NYC. I am sure the others in the office are much more professional and they did seem to have good listings. The only reason I gave one star is because I got a fairly quick response. When I asked a question via email, I was then bombarded with several rude, demeaning emails from Zeke King J.R. (he was mostly angry that I didn't leave him a contact phone number, which I accidently left out of my response email). When we decided to go... read more
Poor Customer Service – I called on behalf of a nonprofit organization to find out about leasing commercial real estate space in Harlem. As soon as I mentioned the word nonprofit they hung up on me. I called back to tell them that the call was not a solicitation, and that I was calling about renting space and that I was offended by their reaction, and they told me to go f*ck myself. Nice.
Professional and friendly service – When we wanted to move my friend gave me their number, and I was very pleased with their service. They found me EXACTLY what I was looking for in a dog friendly building. Very helpful and professional. Highly recommended!
