Great work, friendly service.
Very disappointed with Auto Pro. I took my vehicle in for a repair estimate. Though they were very polite, and promised to send me the estimate by email promptly, I have yet to get an estimate as of this writing. I called them twice, a day apart, and both times I was told that the technician had already written up the estimate, and would send it to me after reviewing it. But it did not happen. After my second call to them, 2 days after I took my car in, I gave up on them
...Auto Pro deserves accolades. Great Customer Care, the lady at the reception deserves BROWNY points (and a raise). Thanks for the coffee too. The estimator Victor too did a great job. And the quality of finish of my car, was superb. Auto Pro Collision in Edison NJ is the Auto repair shop to go to. Try it, you may come out with browny points too.
Lori, the customer service representative, was very kind and provided excellent support throughout the process.
