Jill was an absolute pleasure to work with. Absolutely some of the best customer service I've received for private rentals. Due to extenuating circumstances, we weren't able to book. But, I definitely plan on making a special trip in the future!
We had a wonderful time at the cabin, the directions Jill gave us were excellent. We enjoyed the beautiful views, and the location was ideal for all that we had planned! Thank you again Jill and Michael for the great cabin !
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the cabin. I was a family trip to the mountains for my brothers birthday and we had a blast. First off the instructions that you gave us led us right to the cabin. The cabin was awesome from the moment that we opened the door with everything laid out for convenience. We had a blast reliving our childhood with the board games that were there. My mother and I spent a week in one of the cabins in early September. It really is a mountain dream. There is so much to see and do and you are in the heart of it all. The cabin was beautiful and clean. Jill is so helpful with information on the sights to see along the parkway, where to get the best meals and local points of interest. A part of me stayed in those mountains and I can't wait to get back. Thank you Jill and Michael for sharing your cabin and your love of the area with us!
We stayed at Cabin 1 July 8-12. The cabin was wonderful. We arrived very late but your directions were perfect. We loved the cabin's decorations and the hot tub under the stars. It was close to the area's attractions but far away from everything else. Your hiking recommendations were perfect, and the books were very informative. Also, we used your restaurant recommendations, had a great meal at Mountain View. Hope to be back soon. Matt and Beth Clark Point Pleasant, WV
