They were great..We just couldn't make the deal because of warranty. I need my payment $480.00 with warranty...Maybe next time thanks car gurus.

Very poor customer experience with this dealership. Saw Lexus online, called and made a CASH offer for just a few hundred less then asking price (16k), sales associate said she would call me back, and I received a call a few moments later from "sales manager" who then proceeded to tell me that the price listed on Carguru was not the actual price, it was the "cash" and the actual price was almost 2k higher then it was being advertised for. I had inquired about several vehicles and was informed they should be able to work with the down payment I had inquired with since they had responded to me. They continued emailing about stopping in to speak with them and letting us work together to get me in a vehicle. I went by and arrived 40 minutes before they were to close, a different person than had been emailing had every light off, didn’t offer for me to sit and discuss anything, even stood looking down at me after I sat.
