Matt & Jason did a very phenomenal job guiding me make the right decision and understanding everything I'm getting, I'm very overjoyed, I held in my tears.
Offered to set up appointment to fix my door that didn't open when I bought the truck, never called back, heater does not work, driver side door opens sometimes, service light came on few days after purchasing, just go somewhere else .
After a very unfortunate and negative experience I had with the Sherwood location, Matt Casanova had reached out the past couple of days and helped resolve and smooth over the issues I have with the company.
